How do I book an experience with you?You can book online just by clicking the Book Now button. Once you proceed to book an experience with us, you will receive an email with all the details. Full payment in advance is required.

How soon must I book an experience?We recommend booking at least 4 days in advance

How long are your experiences?Most of our safaris last around 3 hours.

How do I pay?Payment should be made with credit card via through our website.

What does the price includes?It includes all the food stated in the description of the tour , one drink for the walk and a beer or pulque at the last stop. (Just keep in mind we will have many stops and lots of food to taste).

What kind of food is offered in your experiences?We offer the Street foods that we consider the best around the area of the walk, which includes tacos, tamales, tlacoyos, quesadillas, sopes, flautas, churros and many other varieties of “antojitos mexicanos”, a fresh drink and a beer or pulque, if you are in the mood.

Can I book a private experience?Yes you can, with a 1 week notice, and minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 13.

How often are your experiences held?Every single day except December 25th and January 1st

Can you accommodate vegetarians/vegans in your experience?Only vegetarians (please let us know your dietary restrictions before booking) for vegans we can offer you a customized experience according to your needs.

Are the places included in your Experience safe?We will take you only to the places that we feel comfortable getting in, just keep in mind these are crowded places and we suggest to dress very casual and leave your important documents and belongings at your hotel.

Can you pick me up from my hotel?All Mexico City hotels provide taxi services. You can also use Uber. Our experiences do not include transportation from hotel to meeting point. In case of booking a private experience we could make it happen if you let us know in advance. (Extra cost will be added).

Do your experiences end where they start / How will I return once the experience is over?Our walks end in the same area but not exactly at the same meeting point. We can provide directions on public transportation for wherever you want to go, just ask us.

Can I do the route if I come straight from the airport?You can but please keep in mind the time it will take you to leave the airport, get to your hotel and meet us at the starting point.

Do you accommodate people in wheelchairs?We unfortunately can´t, since the streets where we are going are very crowded, narrow and with no special access for wheelchairs. We are very sorry ☹

Do you accept children?We accept children but keep in mind there is a lot of walking involved

Can I take pictures?Yes, you can take pictures on most of the places we go, if not allowed we will let you know in advance.

Am I going to get sick?By taking you to the places we know, the risk of getting sick lowers considerably, but we still encourage you to take it. If you are not used to spicy or heavy food, certain discomfort is a possibility (and worth it ☺)

Would you make me share my food?taking little bites it is advised so you can try a little bit of every food stand we stop by, also, sharing is caring ☺

Is there any refund policy?Because of the nature of our experiences, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund, but we can give you two options if you let us know at least 5 days before the date: we could accommodate you in our next outings, if there is space, or you can forward it to a friend.

Are tips included?No and tips are always appreciated ☺

What is the maximum number of people for each outing?The maximum number of people is 8, we like to keep it personal. if you’d like to book for a bigger group let us know via our personalized offers form.

Administra las preguntas frecuentes desde el panel de control o el Editor. 2. Crea una nueva pregunta frecuente o edita una existente. 3. Haz clic en el icono de video, imagen o GIF en el cuadro del texto de la respuesta. 4. Agrega contenido audiovisual de tu biblioteca y guarda los cambios.

¿Cómo puedo editar o eliminar el título de "Preguntas frecuentes"?Puedes editar el título desde la pestaña de Ajustes de preguntas frecuentes en el Editor. También puedes eliminar o personalizar el título en tu app móvil, desde la pestaña Sitio y app en la app Wix Owner.
